Refund & Cancellation policy

Thanks for choosing Choksha. We accept refund requests for select situations.

  In case of a damaged product

  We offer a 100% refund for damaged products if we are notified within seven calendar days of your purchase.

  Drop a mail to info@rhplatter.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, and the invoice.

  We’ll ensure a brand new replacement with no additional cost, or we can refund the amount.

  It could take 5-7 Working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account.

  The email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and provide complete assistance.

 

  In case of a spoiled product

  We offer a 100% refund for spoiled products if we are notified within seven calendar days of your purchase.

  Drop a mail to info@rhplatter.com with your order number, clear photos of the spoiled product, date of packaging or manufacturing, and the invoice.

  We will be unable to accept returns due to change in taste, texture, colour or aroma. Our products are completely natural, and no two batches will be identical.

  We’ll ensure a brand new replacement with no additional cost, or we can refund the amount after an inspection.

  It could take 5-7 Working days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account.

  The email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and provide complete assistance.

  In case of missing product(s)

  Drop us a mail at info@rhplatter.com of missing product(s) within five days from the delivery date.

  Add your order number, a clear photo of the package received, and the invoice in the mail.

  We’ll ensure a brand new replacement and not accept any refund requests here.

  The email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and provide complete assistance.

Cancellation

  An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the products are not yet shipped.

  If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund.

  Choksha reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including non-availability of stock or pricing errors.
